The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a minute away from the metro station. the one-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-equipped, offering great value for the price paid. However, the cleanliness and service could be improved, as housekeeping was not up to standard and staff were not as attentive as expected.

we had a fantastic stay at Studio M. the cool interior and friendly staff like Tamer, Gul, and Hammad made everything smooth. quick room service and a heated pool in winter were highlights. the hotel's proximity to the metro and bus stops made getting around easy.

Chose this hotel for a networking event. The location near the metro was convenient for travelling around Dubai, and the facilities provided a comfortable stay for my business trip.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, close to the metro and a supermarket. the staff, especially Mr Hammad at reception and Mr Hussain from housekeeping, were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcomed. the restaurant offered a good selection of dishes, and the waiters and waitresses were attentive.

One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms. the cabinets and carpets could use a deep cleaning, and the curtains and sofas should be refreshed more frequently.

Just stayed at a hotel near the airport with EXCELLENT service and friendly staff. Room 461 was clean, cozy, close to the metro. Would stay here again!

We were just a short walk from Al Qiyadah metro station, which made it super easy to check out the Deira Clock Tower, Dubai Spice Souk, Gold Souk, and even hit up the Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club. The interior and facilities were lit, and the studio apartment was huge and well-equipped. Plus, the housekeeping staff, especially Mr Jhalak and Maxwel, were so chill and quick to help us out.

It would've been even sicker if the hotel had a banging pool party or a rooftop hangout for us young party-loving peeps. Just saying, that would've taken our vacay to the next level!

I always stay here. First visit, staff found my phone charger. Place suits me: Wi-Fi, car park, 24-hour service, bar, restaurant, pool. I'm coming back for Xmas.
